How Binko works

This is how shopping will work once real orders open:

    Confirm your address and see the delivery options truly available to it.

    Follow your order in Binko once real orders are enabled.

Real orders are not enabled yet. These steps describe the intended Binko experience.

Departments

21 departments, from clothing to store supplies

Every department is visible already, even before it has products. We never fill them with placeholder items.

The Binko store is not open to the public yet. When it opens you will be able to browse this department directly.

Delivery

From the store to your door

This is how delivery on Binko is planned to work. Areas and fees are shown only once confirmed and active.

  1. You choose where

    Add your address and Binko checks whether delivery is available there.

  2. The store prepares

    The seller confirms the order, then prepares and packs the items.

  3. A courier collects

    An approved delivery partner collects from the store and brings it to you.

  4. You track it

    Follow the shipment in the app once the service is live.

Where things stand

Delivery is not active yet. There are no approved areas, fees or delivery times so far, and we will not promise any before they are confirmed.

What if an item cannot be delivered to my area?

If an item cannot reach your address, Binko tells you before you pay, and you are never charged for a service that is not available.
